H1 H4 Visa stamping – Please HELP!!!
Folks
I really need your help with this. I am trying to schedule an appointment using VFS in Mumbai consulate. Here is my situation:
1. I have filled out all the forms required for H1 and H4.
2. I need to schedule a date in Aug 2006 but the current date for even emergency is Nov 2006.
3. When I check for available dates on regular basis using “Estimated availability date” link on the VFS site, sometimes it shows me a date available in July or Aug. These are cancellations.
4. But when I go to schedule it, it does not show me the same date. It shows me Nov dates.
VFS site design sucks. Do you guys have any idea as to how can I book a date in Aug?
My wife and my new born son is in India and I really need to go in Aug to see them and get them back to US. I cant wait til Nov or Dec. Please help.
